This policy applies to all Onway users (passengers\/drivers), and includes deleting the account and data within the app and support centers.<\/p>

<\/b>Who has the right to request deletion?<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Only the account owner, after identity verification. (OTP\/<\/span>\u0628\u0631\u064a\u062f \u0623\u0648 \u0648\u062b\u0627\u0626\u0642 \u0639\u0646\u062f \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0627\u062c\u0629).<\/span><\/p>

In special cases (death\/legal guardianship), we require supporting documents..<\/span><\/p>

<\/b>What is deleted?<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Account details (name, phone, email, photo).<\/span><\/p>

Preference settings and in-app conversation history (unless required to be saved for legal purposes).<\/span><\/p>

Payment methods stored as reference codes (we do not store full card details).<\/span><\/p>

Any files uploaded by you (such as InstaPay receipts) unless legally required to retain them.<\/p>

<\/b>What cannot be deleted immediately?<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Invoicing, payment, and travel records<\/b> necessary for tax\/accounting compliance and fraud prevention.<\/b><\/p>

Legal records<\/b> related to an open dispute or formal investigation.<\/b><\/p>

When the justification for retention ends, we delete or anonymize.<\/p>

<\/b>Impact on travel and payments<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Requesting deletion while there is an active trip\/pending balance\/dispute may halt deletion until resolution.<\/p>

Any outstanding\/refunded amounts will be processed before the account is deleted..<\/span><\/p>

<\/b>time period<\/b><\/b><\/p>

We process deletion requests within 30 calendar days (often faster), and this period may be extended in cases of legal obligations or exceptional circumstances\u2014the user will be notified accordingly.<\/p>
